By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
resumesXai provides AI-powered resume writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, executive branding, interview coaching, and related career services. Our services combine artificial intelligence analysis with professional human review to deliver high-quality career documents optimized for applicant tracking systems (ATS).
All prices are listed on our pricing page and are quoted in US dollars. Payment is required at the time of order and is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
Our standard delivery timeline is 48 hours from the time we receive all required information from you. Professional and Executive packages include 24-hour rush delivery at no additional cost. Delivery timelines begin once we have received your complete resume information and any necessary questionnaire responses. Delays caused by incomplete submissions or late responses from the customer are not the responsibility of resumesXai.
We are committed to your satisfaction. The number of revision rounds included varies by package:
- Starter Package: 2 revision rounds
- Professional Package: 5 revision rounds
- Executive Package: Unlimited revisions
Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Each revision round should include all requested changes in a single submission. Revisions are limited to modifications of the delivered content and do not include complete rewrites or changes in career direction.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of your resume, cover letter, and all career documents created through our service. Once delivered and paid for, these documents are yours to use as you see fit.
Our Rights: resumesXai retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from our services for the purpose of improving our AI systems, training our models, conducting research, and marketing. No personally identifiable information will be used without your explicit consent.
Website Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of resumesXai and is protected by intellectual property laws.
resumesXai provides professional resume writing and career services to the best of our ability. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to job interviews, job offers, salary increases, or career advancement. The effectiveness of a resume depends on many factors beyond our control, including job market conditions, employer preferences, and the applicant's qualifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, resumesXai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
While our services are designed to significantly improve the quality and effectiveness of your career documents, resumesXai does not guarantee that you will receive job interviews, job offers, or employment as a result of using our services. Hiring decisions are made by employers and are outside of our control.
You may cancel your order before work has begun on your resume for a full refund. Once our team has started working on your documents, cancellation is subject to our Refund Policy. To request a cancellation, please contact us at sales@irongateaisolutions.com as soon as possible.
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about your work experience, education, skills, and qualifications. resumesXai will enhance the presentation of your information but will not fabricate or misrepresent your credentials. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe the information provided is intentionally misleading.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
