1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Every package includes revision rounds to ensure your resume meets your expectations. We will work with you through the revision process until you are happy with the final product. Our goal is to deliver a resume that helps you stand out and land more interviews.

2. Revision Rounds by Package

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds to refine your documents:

- Starter Package ($39.99): 2 revision rounds
- Professional Package ($99.99): 5 revision rounds
- Executive Package ($199.99): Unlimited revisions

Each revision round should consolidate all requested changes into a single submission. Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original delivery date.

3. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund — Service Not Yet Started: If you request a refund within 7 days of placing your order and our team has not yet begun work on your documents, you are eligible for a full refund. No questions asked.

After Delivery — Revisions Offered Instead: Once your completed resume has been delivered, we do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we encourage you to take advantage of your included revision rounds. We are confident that through the revision process, we can deliver a resume that meets your standards.

Work in Progress: If work has already begun but has not yet been delivered, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of completion.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

- The completed resume has been delivered and revision rounds have not been utilized
- More than 7 days have passed since the order was placed and work has begun
- The customer fails to provide the required information or respond to communications, causing delays
- Dissatisfaction is based on not receiving job interviews or offers, as we cannot guarantee employment outcomes

5. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name
- The email address associated with your order
- Your order number or date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

7. Chargebacks
